A pastor in Myanmar thought it was ok to beat his wife, now is a disciple maker
My name is Win Min Htoo but I am known by Michael. I am Burmese and my family and I live in Myanmar. My family are believers. My father is a pastor. Although we knew the Gospel of Jesus, we did not come to know or experience the Love of Christ in our practical family life. We fought and yelled and were violent. I also became a pastor in Myanmar. My daily life was full of anxiety and anger and I responded through violence. I was known as a street fighter. When I married, my anger did not diminish and I did not think it was wrong to beat my wife or my sons as a way to instruct them or show my displeasure with them.
Everything was deeply transformed in my life, my mind, and my heart when I heard the message of LoveDefined. It broke my hard heart! It opened my eyes to spiritual truth that God is love and the evidence that I know Him is by living from love! Oh I repented of my sin and today my family and I are an example of how Christ’s love can transform a family! Now my wife and sons are not afraid of me and enjoy being with me!! Today we lead people to Christ by loving them!!
